RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Breathwell order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What can be returned
- The Breathlace pendant: returnable within 30 days if unused and in resellable condition with its original packaging.
- Flavour refill cores: returnable within 30 days only if still sealed and unopened. Because each refill is an aroma core you breathe around, opened or used refills cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
- This hygiene exception does not apply to faulty items (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.
Free return shipping, no restocking fee
Approved returns ship back to us free of charge — we'll provide a prepaid label or refund your return postage. We never charge a restocking fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping — whether or not it has been opened.
How to start a return
Email [your support email] with your order number and a short note on what you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send instructions before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the eligible amount to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's processed. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect orders.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item (for example a different flavour) is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
