2. Our products

Breathwell sells the Breathlace breathing necklace and nicotine-free aroma refill cores. Our products are wellness accessories for aromatic use only. They are not medical devices, smoking-cessation products, food or e-liquids, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not ingest the refill cores.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing errors or decline/cancel an order before dispatch, in which case you are refunded in full.

4. Returns and refunds

Each flavour refill is an aroma core you breathe around, so for hygiene and safety reasons opened or used refills cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The Breathlace pendant is covered by our 30-day guarantee when returned in resellable condition. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. None of this affects your statutory rights. To start a return, email [support email] with your order number; return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

5. Subscriptions

Refill-plan subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence shown at checkout. You can swap flavours, pause, skip or cancel from your account after your first renewal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund deliveries already shipped.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to its courts.
