Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours (business days). You'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can follow your parcel any time on our Track Order page.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
- United Kingdom: 5–7 working days
- Europe: 5–7 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary at peak times or with customs.

Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimate above, email with your order number and we'll help track it down or resend it.
